This month's sophomore student of the month is Arpit Patel. Arpit is 15 and his favorite color is red! We had the opportunity to speak with Arpit, here's what we learned:
FB (Falcon Beat): Hi Arpit, I know it’s a little early in the year, but how are you liking Sophomore year?
AP (Arpit Patel): It’s pretty easy so far. I’m really enjoying academy, and I can’t wait until we start going on academy field trips!
FB: Awesome! What are some of your plans for the year?
AP: I would really like to end the year with a 4.0 as well as prepare myself for all the AP classes I plan to take next year.
FB: What are some of your hobbies?
AP: I love to play basketball and video games. I like watching Netflix, television in general, and reading.
FB: Awesome, what is your favorite book?
AP: My favorite book is Unwind by Neal Shusterman.
FB: If you had to choose, who would be someone you admire and why?
AP: Probably Stephen Curry. I think that he takes pride in what he does, not to mention he's pretty good at what he does.
FB: Who is your favorite teacher, and what is your favorite subject?
AP: I really like Mr. Domke and his class, but my favorite subject is Math, specifically Algebra 2.
FB: Thank you for taking the time to speak with us Arpit. We hope you have an amazing Sophomore year!
